Dve talianske \u0161\u00e9fkuch\u00e1rky z Parmy, Anna Maria Migliara a Palma Grassi, predstavili na z\u00e1vere\u010dnom galave\u010dere menu zameran\u00e9 na taliansku trad\u00edciu, kvalitn\u00e9 suroviny a inov\u00e1cie. Na ve\u010dere organizovanom v spolupr\u00e1ci s Taliansko-slovenskou obchodnou komorou a ICE &#8211; ITA Agency Viede\u0148 vyst\u00fapil aj someli\u00e9r z trentinskej spolo\u010dnosti Mezzacorona, ktor\u00fd vysvetlil vlastnosti v\u00edn sp\u00e1rovan\u00fdch s jednotliv\u00fdmi chodmi a hist\u00f3riu spolo\u010dnosti. Na podujat\u00ed sa z\u00fa\u010dastnili in\u0161titucion\u00e1lni hostia vr\u00e1tane predsedu zahrani\u010dn\u00e9ho v\u00fdboru slovensk\u00e9ho parlamentu Mari\u00e1na K\u00e9ryho a \u017eupana Bratislavsk\u00e9ho kraja Juraja Drobu. Pr\u00edtomn\u00ed boli aj z\u00e1stupcovia diplomatick\u00e9ho zboru, talianskeho a slovensk\u00e9ho s\u00fakromn\u00e9ho sektora, miestnych profesijn\u00fdch zdru\u017een\u00ed vr\u00e1tane Asoci\u00e1cie kuch\u00e1rov Slovenska a z\u00e1stupcovia zo sveta kult\u00fary a vedeck\u00e9ho v\u00fdskumu.<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u013evyslanky\u0148a predstavila aj kandidat\u00faru talianskej kuchyne na z\u00e1pis do nehmotn\u00e9ho kult\u00farneho dedi\u010dstva UNESCO, pri\u010dom zd\u00f4raznila jej ciele chr\u00e1ni\u0165 v\u00fdnimo\u010dnos\u0165 talianskej trad\u00edcie, jej kult\u00farne dedi\u010dstvo a pozornos\u0165 venovan\u00fa udr\u017eate\u013enosti a biodiverzite.Ve\u013evyslanky\u0148a udelila \u0161\u00e9fkuch\u00e1rom Migliarovi a Grassimu cenu ministerstva kult\u00fary a ministerstva po\u013enohospod\u00e1rstva, potravinovej suverenity a lesn\u00edctva &#8222;Milujem taliansku kuchy\u0148u&#8220; za ich pr\u00e1cu v prospech talianskej kuchyne vo svete. Rovnak\u00e9 uznanie z\u00edskal aj bratislavsk\u00fd rezident, \u0161\u00e9fkuch\u00e1r Adriano Figura, ktor\u00fd prispel k realiz\u00e1cii podujatia.<\/p>\n<p>Po\u010das svojho pobytu v Bratislave \u0161\u00e9fkuch\u00e1ri Migliara a Grassi viedli majstrovsk\u00e9 kurzy na dvoch hotelov\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch v Bratislave a Nitre, kde sa so \u0161tudentmi podelili o niektor\u00e9 z najtradi\u010dnej\u0161\u00edch pr\u00edprav talianskej kuchyne. T\u00fato iniciat\u00edvu vysoko ocenili z\u00fa\u010dastnen\u00e9 \u0161koly a miestne \u0161kolsk\u00e9 org\u00e1ny. Na podujat\u00ed sa z\u00fa\u010dastnilo aj nieko\u013eko talianskych re\u0161taur\u00e1ci\u00ed v Bratislave aj inde, ktor\u00e9 propagovali menu pripraven\u00e9 \u0161peci\u00e1lne na t\u00fato pr\u00edle\u017eitos\u0165.
