V\u0161etky tieto prvky s\u00fa z\u00e1kladom kandidat\u00fary talianskej kuchyne na z\u00e1pis do nehmotn\u00e9ho kult\u00farneho dedi\u010dstva \u013eudstva UNESCO, \u010do zd\u00f4raz\u0148uje jej dodr\u017eiavanie hodn\u00f4t trad\u00edcie a udr\u017eate\u013enosti.
