V r\u00e1mci dvoch gourmet ve\u010der\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 sa konali v Bratislave a v k\u00fape\u013enom meste Pie\u0161\u0165any, \u0161\u00e9fkuch\u00e1ri predstavili z\u00e1stupcom in\u0161tit\u00faci\u00ed, podnikate\u013eskej sf\u00e9ry a slovenskej tla\u010de inovat\u00edvne menu, zalo\u017een\u00e9 na tom najlep\u0161om, \u010do pon\u00faka talianska kulin\u00e1rska trad\u00edcia, av\u0161ak s prihliadnut\u00edm na udr\u017eate\u013enos\u0165. Talianske ve\u013evyslanectvo pripravilo s kuch\u00e1rmi videorozhovor, ktor\u00fd je k dispoz\u00edcii na soci\u00e1lnych sie\u0165ach, kde odha\u013euj\u00fa charakteristick\u00e9 \u010drty ich kuchyne, ako je napr\u00edklad d\u00f4raz na suroviny, ale aj in\u00e9 siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky, ktor\u00e9 ich priviedli a\u017e ku Michelinskej hviezde. Pie\u0161\u0165ansk\u00e9 podujatie bolo prvou prehliadkou mimo Bratislavy a od miestnych predstavite\u013eov sa mu dostalo vysok\u00e9ho ocenenia.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160\u00e9fkuch\u00e1ri Manzoniovci sa spolu s ve\u013evyslanky\u0148ou Catherine Flumiani objavili aj v popul\u00e1rnej rannej rel\u00e1cii \u2018\u2019Teler\u00e1no\u2019\u2019 na telev\u00edznej stanici Mark\u00edza, kde pripravili inovat\u00edvnu verziu dvoch tradi\u010dn\u00fdch jed\u00e1l. Ve\u013evyslanky\u0148a Flumiani predstavila nosn\u00e9 t\u00e9my siedmeho ro\u010dn\u00edka T\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a talianskej kuchyne na Slovensku, ak\u00fdmi s\u00fa kvalita surov\u00edn a rozmanitos\u0165 talianskej gastronomickej trad\u00edcie, ktor\u00e1, hoci sa neust\u00e1le inovuje, venuje ve\u013ek\u00fa pozornos\u0165 udr\u017eate\u013enosti a zdraviu.<\/p>\n<p>Tieto t\u00e9my ve\u013evyslanky\u0148a Flumiani pod\u010diarkla aj v rozhovore pre denn\u00edk PRAVDA, kde vysvetlila taliansky postoj k ozna\u010dovaniu potrav\u00edn na prednej strane obalu, s d\u00f4razom na pr\u00edstup, ktor\u00fd by poskytol spotrebite\u013eovi spr\u00e1vne inform\u00e1cie v prospech plnohodnotnej a vyv\u00e1\u017eenej stravy. Okrem toho ve\u013evyslanky\u0148a zd\u00f4raznila sty\u010dn\u00e9 body talianskeho a slovensk\u00e9ho potravinov\u00e9ho v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho re\u0165azca: \u2018\u2019treba chr\u00e1ni\u0165 tradi\u010dn\u00e9 potraviny a ich v\u00fdrobcov, \u010dasto stredn\u00fdch a mal\u00fdch, aby toto v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 kult\u00farne dedi\u010dstvo mohli post\u00fapi\u0165 bud\u00facim gener\u00e1ci\u00e1m.\u201d Ve\u013evyslanky\u0148a sa zmienila aj o kandidat\u00fare R\u00edma na usporiadanie v\u00fdstavy EXPO 2030, vyzdvihla jej pr\u00ednos v oblasti inov\u00e1ci\u00ed a udr\u017eate\u013enosti a pouk\u00e1zala na pr\u00edle\u017eitosti, ktor\u00e9 by z nej mohli vyplyn\u00fa\u0165 pre slovensk\u00fdch partnerov.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e9me kulin\u00e1rskych trad\u00edci\u00ed bola venovan\u00e1 aj virtu\u00e1lna v\u00fdstava \u201cFood Heroes\u201d, odprezentovan\u00e1 po\u010das ve\u010dern\u00fdch podujat\u00ed v Bratislave a v Pie\u0161\u0165anoch a uverejnen\u00e1 aj na soci\u00e1lnych sie\u0165ach ve\u013evyslanectva.
